Security Alarm Trigger 5th June 2017

At 21:27 5th June 2017 an alarm activation was received at our monitoring station from a private residence we monitor. On viewing the video our operators saw a male in a hooded top attempting to break into the rear of the property.

Our operators issued an audio challenge informing him to leave the premises immediately and that the Police were alerted.

He quickly fled the scene. Our operators then contacted the residents informing them of the incident and reassuring them of their safety,

Total time on site 1 minute 50 seconds.

No further alarms received.

Security Alarm Trigger 18th June 2017

At 00:54 on 18th June 2017 an alarm activation was received at our monitoring station from a site we monitor in Scotland. On viewing the images our operators saw 2x males in high-viz clothing begin loading plastic barriers onto thier vehicle.

An audio challenge was immediatley issued making them aware they were being monitored on CCTV. They quickly got into thier truck and left the site.

The keyholders were then informed.

Total time on site 2 minutes 40seconds.

No further alarms recieved.

Security Alarm Trigger 10th November 2015

At 19:54 on Tuesday 10th November 2015 an alarm activation was received by our monitoring station from a site we monitor in the Southwest.

Security Alarm Trigger 23rd March 2015

At 05:56 on Monday 23rd March 2015 an alarm activation was received by our monitoring station from a site we monitor in the Northwest. On viewing the images our operators saw a male on site looking for metal to steal.

Our operators issued an audio warning and immediately called the Police and the key holder. The male was then observed leaving the site by climbing over a wall at the rear of the property. Total time on site 1 minute 38 seconds. No further alarm activations received.

Security Alarm Trigger 28th February 2015

At 22:07 on 28th February 2015 our control room received an alarm activation from one of our sites in the Northwest. When our operators viewed the images they saw 2x ICU males on site attempting to steal fuel from the vehicles parked over night.

An audio warning was issues advising them to leave the site immediately and the Police and key holders were contacted.

The males were then seen leaving the site empty handed. No further activations were received.

Security Alarm Trigger Thursday 9th March 20015

At 03:39 on Thursday 9th March 2015 our Control Room received alarm activation from one of our sites in the Southwest. On viewing the images an intruder was seen on site in an attempt to steal fuel.

An audio warning was immediately issued and the Police contacted along with the relevant key holders. The intruder quickly left site and no further activations were received.
